I’m Michał Panasiuk — director, cinematographer and producer, and the founder of Work Till Death.

Work Till Death is an independent film production company built around a filmmaker’s perspective. It is both my creative practice and a production house where ideas are developed, shaped and brought to screen — from the first conversation to final delivery.

My work moves naturally between the two worlds. Through Work Till Death, I develop and produce projects from the ground up. At the same time, I continue to work independently as a director and cinematographer for other production companies, becoming part of their teams, processes and ways of working.

Staying active on both sides keeps me closely connected to the industry and constantly exposed to different creative approaches, production cultures and ways of solving problems. It gives me perspective — the ability to observe, learn, question my own methods and bring that experience back into every production I lead.

That perspective is at the core of Work Till Death.

I stay personally involved throughout the process, combining creative thinking with a deep understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a film. Depending on the project, I may take a creative role myself or focus entirely on leading the production, bringing together the right talent and resources around the idea.

The scale changes. The people change. The approach evolves. What remains constant is the attention given to the work and the belief that every decision — creative or production — should ultimately serve the film.

Work Till Death comes from something much simpler: film started as a passion, became a profession and never stopped being the thing I want to do.
