This Privacy Policy explains how worktilldeath.com (“the Site”) handles personal data and cookies. The Site is operated by Work Till Death.

2. What we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:
- Analytics data (only after you accept analytics cookies): approximate location, device/browser information, pages viewed, referral source, and similar usage metrics collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

wtd-theme) and cookie choice (wtd-consent), stored in your browser. These are not advertising trackers. - Contact details you send us: if you email or call us, we process the information you provide in that correspondence. The Site does not include a contact form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Analytics — to understand traffic and improve the Site. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Cookie preferences” below).
- Essential site function (theme preference, remembering your cookie choice) — legitimate interest in a working, usable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR), depending on the context.
4. Google Analytics and transfers
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Google may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Google acts as a processor for measurement purposes. We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, analytics storage remains denied and GA4 does not set analytics cookies. After you reject, we keep analytics storage denied.

6. Embedded media (YouTube / Vimeo)
Some project pages may embed videos from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode where available) or Vimeo. Loading or playing those embeds may allow the third-party provider to set cookies or collect data under their own policies. We recommend reviewing YouTube and Vimeo privacy notices if you interact with embedded players.
7. Retention
Analytics event data is retained according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics (commonly 2 or 14 months for event-level data). Correspondence you send us is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to:

- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain cases;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office — UODO).

9. Cookie preferences
You can change your analytics cookie choice at any time: reset cookie preferences. That clears your stored choice and shows the banner again.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates means you should review this page periodically.
